La Truite Bio de Montferrier has been a family-run fish farm for 10 years, sharing its passion for fish with you. Our farm complies with the specifications of Organic Agriculture.

Our site is located on the banks of the Touyre, a mountain torrent in the Ariège region of France, and offers a privileged setting for raising salmonids in the traditional way. In summer, you'll find a fishing pond, a souvenir store and a guinguette.
