A one-bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living room and mezzanine bedroom, with use of the garden, swimming pool and free parking. A tranquil setting nestled in the foothills of the Midi-Pyrénées, on the edge of a village with a bakery, butcher's shop, bar and restaurant. The town of Lavelanet, with its stores and amenities, is a 10-minute drive away. Local attractions include the Château de Montségur, the Fontestorbes fountain, the Crapahut adventure park and the magnificent Voie Verte cycle path along the old railway line from Mirepoix to Lavelanet, the Château de PUIVERT, the Roquefort les Cascades waterfalls, the Monts d'Olmes winter sports resort open in winter and summer,... Quillan and Montbel lakes are 15 minutes away. Fishing is possible in the area (permit required), and we have a selection of equipment you can borrow. Andorra can be reached in around 90 minutes, as can the beaches of Perpignan.
