Lionel's L'Envol wellness program enables you to reconnect with yourself, recharge your batteries and reclaim your true authenticity.

Breathing like the trees' means sharing LIFE with the forest and the trees. They're not so different from us after all.... We're a bit alike.... In any case, they bring us a certain way of seeing and feeling things. Breathing with them enables us to perceive these feelings, which in turn enable us to feel better about ourselves.

SERVICES PROPOSED (according to the Coach-Respiration® approach):

* RESOURCING OUTINGS:

During walks among trees and in forests, I lead you to feel our own bodies, through breathing exercises. Moments of relaxation and pure introspection, the benefits can be numerous (improved oxygenation of the body; improved breathing; stress relief, etc.).

Cost per participant: €40.

Approximate duration: 2h00 to 2h30.

* BREATHING WALKS:

A variation on the breathing outings, breathing walks focus on the breathing to be adopted according to the situation and terrain covered.

They can be carried out on gentle to very uneven terrain, and generate special inner perceptions.

Cost per participant: €25.

Approximate duration: 1h.

* ACCOMPANIMENT / FOREST BATHS :

Accompany people into the forest to discover a raw, sensitive, calm and relaxing environment. A moment that will enable you to perceive trees as 'beings' participating, alongside us, in the life of the Earth.

Cost per participant: €20.

Approximate duration: 1h30.

* FAMILY' AFTERNOON:

So that the whole family can fully enjoy a few hours in the forest, while sharing feelings with each other (based on the 'Breathing Outings').

All-inclusive costs:

- 1 adult + 2 children: 40€;

- 2 adults + 2/3 children: 60€.

Approximate duration: 1h30.

* GLOBAL DAY:

A full day among trees and nature...to feel our inner resonance through the various exercises proposed by "L'ENVOL".

The packed lunch will be a privileged moment to share your feelings together....
