It also has a spacious open-plan kitchen, a restaurant and a living area on the first floor that opens onto the private south-facing garden, equipped with table and chairs, a gas barbecue and much-needed shade. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, plus space for a toddler bed (suitable up to 4 years) or cot.
